Cancel anytime
Every paid plan is a recurring subscription you can cancel at any time — from your dashboard or by writing to us. Cancelling stops all future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Your voices and renders stay in your account either way.
7-day refund on your first purchase
If Tera Studio isn’t what you hoped, tell us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies once per account, on monthly and annual plans alike.
Renewals and annual plans
Renewal charges can be refunded pro-rata if you ask within 7 days of the charge and haven’t made significant use of the period (we check render and download activity). Annual plans cancelled later than 7 days after a charge are refunded pro-rata for full unused months, minus the discounted rate for months already used.
When we refund without being asked
If a paid render fails on our side and support can’t recover it, we restore the credits or extend your plan. If we materially remove a feature your plan advertised, you can claim a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider. To request one, use the contact page with the email on your account and, if you have it, the payment ID from your receipt email.
What isn’t refundable
Periods already consumed beyond the windows above, and accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service (for example, non-consensual voice cloning).
