1. What Tera Studio is
Tera Studio (“the Service”) is an AI voice and music studio: you train a private voice model from audio you provide, convert songs and vocals into that voice, separate stems, generate music, and render related audio and video. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Consent-first voice policy
You may only train a voice model on a voice you own — yours — or a voice whose owner has given you explicit, verifiable permission. Cloning someone’s voice without consent is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination. Your trained voice models are locked to your account: we never let other users access them, and we never use your voice to build products for anyone else.
3. Your content and rights
You keep all rights you hold in the recordings you upload and the renders you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process your audio through our infrastructure (including third-party GPU providers that process audio transiently) and deliver results back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any song, instrumental, or vocal you upload, and for how you use and publish your renders — including complying with the copyright and publicity laws that apply to you.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to impersonate a person without consent, deceive or defraud, harass or defame, create sexually exploitative or unlawful content, interfere with elections, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and may preserve or disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free accounts include limited usage (for example, a limited number of covers and one instant voice clone). Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in INR through Razorpay, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the pricing page at purchase time (GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by writing to us; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. 6. Service quality and availability
Renders run on real GPUs; queue times vary and a first render can take several minutes. We work hard to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or retire features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you can claim a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teralabs’ total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content users create in violation of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: contact us.
