Questions
How long should a ringtone be?
Around 20–30 seconds. iPhones play up to 40 seconds of a ringtone.
How do I set it as my ringtone on Android?
Download the file, then open Settings › Sound › Ringtone and choose it from your files.
How do I set it as my ringtone on iPhone?
iPhones only take ringtones from the GarageBand app or iTunes: open the file in GarageBand, then share it as a ringtone.
Is my song uploaded anywhere?
Your file never leaves your device: the work happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
Can I use it as a WhatsApp ringtone?
On Android, yes: save the file, then choose it under Notifications in WhatsApp’s settings. WhatsApp on iPhone only offers its own sounds.
Does it fade in and out?
Yes. With the fade on, the cut fades in and out over 1 second, so it doesn’t start or stop abruptly. Turn it off for a hard cut.
Is there an app to download?
