Questions
How many semitones should I move a song?
Try 2 semitones first. If the high parts strain your voice, go lower; if the low parts disappear, go higher. Most people find their spot within 3 semitones either way.
Will changing the key change the speed?
No. The tempo stays the same and only the pitch moves. Very large changes (5–6 semitones) can sound a little artificial, so use the smallest change that works.
Is my song uploaded anywhere?
